Your workouts, test results and settings are stored locally on the device where you created them, and nowhere else. This information is never transmitted, uploaded, backed up to us, or shared.
We have no servers and no way to see, reach or recover your training history. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.
The app makes no network requests at all and works fully offline, including in airplane mode. It has no backend, no API, no cloud sync and no third-party services.
The app requests no permissions and shows no permission prompts. It does not ask for notifications, location, contacts, camera, microphone, HealthKit or App Tracking Transparency, because it does not use any of them.
Since no data is collected, no data is shared, sold or disclosed to anyone, under any circumstances.
The app collects no data from anyone, including children. No account is required and no information is requested at any point.
Hold: Kegel Timer is a general fitness and wellness timer. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and it records no health data.
